E-Transfers

  • We only accept E-Transfer.
  • Include your invoice number in the “notes/memo” section of your Etransfer. 

**Please choose a discreet name for us in your online banking. Please DO NOT save our Etransfer name as Better Buds, Better Buds BC, BB, or anything cannabis related at all. Also please do not refer to any weed items in the e-trasnfer memo. Simply the order number would be okay

Shipping

  • If your Etransfer is received by 12PM PST (Pacific Time) then it will ship the same day (Monday-Friday). If paid for after  12PM PST (Pacific Time) then your order may be shipped the same day, but we guarantee it will ship out the next business day. 
  • We use Canada Post Xpress Post Shipping. Your package will arrive in discreet packaging to your door. There is nothing on the package to indicate you’ve ordered from a cannabis company.
  • All orders will be shipped from Vancouver. Your distance from us determines how quickly you will receive your package.
  • Regional Orders (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) usually arrive within 1-3 business days. National Orders (Nunavut, NWT, Yukon, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, PEI) usually arrive within 1-5 business days. 
  • Keep in mind that rural or remote areas may require additional shipping time.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
  • We automatically require signature on packages to help reduce lost packages.  If you don’t prefer this option please request “No Signature,” in your order notes.
**Tracking numbers go out on the day your order ships between 2:30 and 3:30 PM PST. Please check your Spam/Promotions folders and if your tracking number has not arrived in your inbox by 6:00 PM PST please email us. **

How do I earn Store Credit through the Better Buds Rewards Program?
Store credit is earned on our website when you have a registered account in our system and will usually be stored under your account’s email address or username. You will automatically earn the store credit once you place your order, pay for your order, and the order is completed via delivery to your shipping address. Once the order is completed, you will see a Store Credit prompt on the Cart or Checkout page, which will ask if you would like to apply any store credit on your account for your current order. Refer to the Better Buds Rewards Program for current information on the program. *Please note: these rewards programs are subject to change without notice at any time so be sure to take advantage of them as soon as you’re able to.
How do I earn Store Credit through the Refer-a-Friend Program?
Our Refer-a-Friend programs allows you to accumulate store credit via your affiliate link, which is your own personal shareable link that you can provide to your friends. If your friend clicks on that link to enter our website and places and completes an order on our online store, your account will be provided a store credit of 2.5% of your friend’s order. *Please note: In order to receive a store credit for your friend’s order, they will be required to enter the site using that link. If not, the store credit will not be provided and cannot be provided after the fact under any circumstance.
